Dr. Brookover earned a Bachelor of Science in Physiology at Oklahoma State University in 1983 and a Doctor of Medicine at the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine in 1987. From 1987 to 1992, he completed an internship, followed by a residency, in urology at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in Little Rock, AR.

Since 1992, Dr. Brookover has served as a urologist in various settings. He worked at a private clinic in Tulsa from 1992 to 2003, and then joined a urologic specialists practice in 2003.

Board Certified in Urology by the American Board of Urology, Dr. Brookover holds a medical license through the State of Oklahoma.

Dr. Brookover has been working with CTCA® since 1993. He has continually integrated cutting-edge techniques into the treatment of genito-urinary cancers. He also strives to keep patients at the center of care. “At CTCA, patients know that we see them as individuals,” he says. “This approach can make such a difference to their lives.”

Patient ratings
Star ratings and comments are only available for medical, radiation and gynecologic oncologists. Gynecologic surgical offerings are not included at this time due to a different survey tool required to evaluate these services. CTCA uses a validated Press Ganey® survey, which captures patient experience feedback for the primary oncology services of chemotherapy and radiation therapy at our comprehensive care and research centers. Following industry best practice, star ratings and comments are only published for physicians with a minimum of 30 completed patient surveys.
