Dr. Naren Kapadia serves as director of the Cancer Treatment Centers of America® (CTCA) Outpatient Care Center in Gurnee, Illinois. Dr. Kapadia is proud to help patients in northern Illinois and southeastern Wisconsin by providing convenient outpatient access to compassionate cancer care at the Gurnee location in Lake County, Illinois. Our Outpatient Care Center in Gurnee offers onsite treatment options, such as infusion therapy, which includes chemotherapy, hormone therapy and other intravenous and injectable treatments.

Dr. Kapadia is an experienced medical oncologist who evaluates and treats patients with various types of cancer. He works closely with his patients to help them make educated decisions and develop treatment plans tailored to their individual needs.

“As a community-based oncologist, it is my responsibility to learn about my patients and work together to find the optimal treatment plan for each person using the tools and resources available,” says Dr. Kapadia. “I also actively monitor the patient for symptoms or side effects of cancer treatment to help ensure my patients experience a positive quality of life.”

Dr. Kapadia earned his medical degree from the University of Bombay in Bombay, India. He completed a residency in internal medicine at Northwestern University, Columbus-Cuneo-Cabrini Medical Center in Chicago, Illinois. Dr. Kapadia’s post-graduate training included a fellowship in medical oncology and hematology at Loyola University, Edward Hines Jr. VA Hospital in Maywood, Illinois.

Dr. Kapadia belongs to several professional organizations, including the American Society of Clinical Oncology, Lake County Medical Society, Illinois State Medical Society and American Medical Association.
