Pamela Veale joined Cancer Treatment Centers of America® (CTCA) in Tulsa, Oklahoma, in April of 2006. As a Physical Therapist, Veale works in the inpatient and outpatient clinics providing patients with oncology rehabilitation, pulmonary rehabilitation and lymphedema management services. She uses physical therapy techniques to help patients increase their mobility and improve their quality of life through a variety of interventions.

“I deliver personalized therapies to my patients using the Mother Standard® of care,” says Veale. “It is the foundation of CTCA® that we treat our patients the way we would want our mother or another family member to be treated.” 

Veale earned her Bachelor of Science degree in physical therapy from the University of Oklahoma in Oklahoma City. She also completed a Master of Science degree in health care administration at Oklahoma State University in Tulsa, Oklahoma. She is the first board certified Oncology Clinical Specialist in Physical Therapy in the state of Oklahoma through the American Physical Therapy Association.

Veale has many years of experience as a physical therapist and was previously a rehabilitation director for a medical clinic in Tulsa. She is also a member of many professional organizations, has authored publications in journals and presented at several conferences.


Patient ratings

Gynecologic surgical offerings are not included at this time due to a different survey tool required to evaluate these services. CTCA uses a validated Press Ganey® survey, which captures patient experience feedback for the primary oncology services of chemotherapy and radiation therapy at our comprehensive care and research centers. Following industry best practice, star ratings and comments are only published for physicians with a minimum of 30 completed patient surveys.
