If you are new patient who lives within a 70-mile radius of City of Hope Chicago and need transportation to and from the hospital, our complimentary Home-to-Hospital program may be an option for you*.
The Home-to-HospitalSM program provided by City of Hope is designed to make your decision to get to your scheduled appointment as easy as possible by leaving the driving to us. Our Chicago hospital will coordinate transportation to pick you up at your home in a comfortably equipped vehicle and take you to your appointment at the hospital. Depending on the nature and length of your visit, we will bring you back home the same day or whenever you’re ready.
*This benefit is not available to Medicare patients, federal health care program beneficiaries or other patients whose health care is paid for by government insurance.
What can you do if someone else is doing the driving?
